Intellectual Property 3.1 Ownership: The FantasyStreet App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by FantasyStreet, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to FantasyStreet.
3.2 Limited License: FantasyStreet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FantasyStreet App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer any portion of the App or its content unless expressly permitted by FantasyStreet.
User Responsibilities 4.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the FantasyStreet App, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update any changes to your account information.

FantasyStreet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability 8 In no event shall FantasyStreet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the FantasyStreet App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9 These Terms and your use of the FantasyStreet App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the FantasyStreet App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
